Project Management
Our project management team is experienced and educated in a variety of tools and methodologies to help you visualize your design, reconfiguration, or relocation project. Once you contact us, and we understand your vision, requirements, and budget, our specialists will help you develop a preliminary furniture plan and budget for your project so that you grasp the big picture early in your planning process and know what to realistically expect. Our design team will deliver:
- Accurate project visualization for your project
- Industry-standard AutoCAD and Visualization 20-20 renderings
- Conceptualized on-site layouts + alternatives that best fit your goal
- Recommended furnishings for your project.
- Follow-ups of one or more individualized consultations
- Final deliverables that envision your goal for the workspace
Once the design has been finalized, we will then schedule an installation date for our office furniture installers to deliver and install your furniture. We can accommodate most scenarios you may require:
- Off-loading After Hours, if required by building management
- After Hours or Weekend Installation requests as needed
- Certificate of Insurance for our installers, if required
Our professional installation team is well equipped to handle any eventuality. All installations are scheduled with you and your building management and our installers follow a predetermined installation plan. Their work is not done until your furniture is safely installed, wiped down, leveled, adjusted, double-checked, and accepted by you.
